The firm is led by Kyle Madan, a seasoned leader possessing a comprehensive skill set encompassing operations, finance, strategic planning, high-performance team building, and the execution of complex transactions, including M&A and capital raises. 

Kyle has extensive experience in a variety of sectors, having been an operator and advisor to numerous companies. His prior professional experience includes executive roles at blue chip private equity and venture capital backed companies after an illustrious career in investment banking, including with global investment banks.
